Please read this information carefully: The Tours itineraries CANNOT be changed. As it is a sharing tour, we provide the tours as mentioned on our website. We recommend to our guests to always be on time and to follow our driver's suggestions regarding timing. Once you have joined a tour already opened, or created a new group, you will receive an automatic e-mail with the new number of participants Every time a new guest will join or cancel the tour. Reached the minimum number of participants (4 or 5 people) the tour is confirmed. At this point we will send you an email with instructions for payment. If the minimum number of participants is not reached 7 days prior to tour date everyone will have the choice to cancel with no charge or continue the booking as a private tour. To protect each member of the group, we apply the following cancellation policy: - No charge for cancellation until 8 days before the tour; - 80% charge for cancellation between 7 to 1 day before the Service scheduled time; - For last minute cancellation (less than 24 hours before) or no show, the full amount will be charged. In the case of shore excursions, if the ship skips port we will of course refund your deposit.
